great location in the heart of the fish market and very close to the best beach in Busan.

Can be noisy for the rooms facing the fish market street as the restaurant downstairs in open until 5am.

1 bus stop away from Heundae Station and 1 minutes away from Heundae beach, location is super duper excellent with very good nightlife for the crazy and the family. This guesthouse entrance is just at the middle of shopping street which is definitely excellent for us to get food and drinks, further when sleep at 11pm, no nosiy sound is heard. Beside a very cheap eaterie where a bowl of noodles cost only 2500 won and bimbibap at 3500 won^^. Price is good versus hotel^^.

No washing machine. Need to walk around 2 to 3 minutes to reach the shop. No lift. As this building is 4 story high in total where the living area is at level 2 to 4, with suitcase its pretty heavy for us to carry, though the host did offer to help us carry. Wifi I did not inform the host that I could not log in despite everyday try^^.

The room was super clean, and the beds were comfortable. The decoration was also adorable. This hotel looked quite new and fashionable. I especially love the location. It'a amazing located in a night market BUT I didn't hear any noise! So having food was super easy. A little supermarket, a 7-11 and a bakery were nearby. It's very convenient!

1. Carrying a big suitcase to the 5th floor was tough because of no lift. 2. The hotel was overbooked and I couldn't have a private room.

The owner lady is very welcoming and kind. She relocated us to one big room, so the whole floor was ours. The bathroom was huge compare to other guesthouses. She even helped us to order tickets back to another city.

I had booked double room together with my gf. Everything was perfect. Room each day is cleaned by administration. Room was quite big. Private bathroom is also clean and with high quality.

In double room there are 5 windows, but still somehow mosquito find a way to get to the room, so at nights sometimes was not comfortable to hear buzzing. Additionally, I wanted to cut a fruit, but didn't find any knife in the kitchen.

Located at Haeundae Market area where eateries can be found easily. 5min walk from Haeundae Stn Exit 5. The host can speak a little english but she was so polite & welcoming us. Overall the bed, room was comfy. I like the ambiance decoration. Pleasant stay !! Thanks for ur warm hospitality Mrs Kong

The room is very clean, facilities all so good.

The heater was sometimes too hot but if I asked to control it, the host helped me then it was not a problem.

The lady at the desk was really nice and friendly. Also it was all very very clean and tidy. I would stay there again.

No problems really just would have been nice if there was better available for the toast and perhaps milk.

Complimentary breakfast was on your own time. They had a kitchen with eggs, bread, and coffee, so you could make your own breakfast. They also upgraded us to a room with 3 beds. We originally booked a bunk bed with a futon mat.

We did not have a private bathroom like we booked, but they had communal single bathrooms available.

Although it was difficult to find, I liked the location with the front door right in a laneway market. The layout was nice and the place was obviously newly renovated so it was clean. As it gets used more i'm sure it'll deteriorate unless they keep a high standard of maintenance. My stay was four nights and I was the only guest for the first two nights so I had the entire place to myself. A couple from Seoul did show up on the third day I interacted a bit with them before they took off for the day. The refridgerater had eggs and bread from breakfast, coffee and jam. I liked the airconditioned rooms. They were nice and cool.

When I arrived, I was a day late but nobody was there so I had no way of checking in. Luckily a guy who has a small shop right outside the guesthouse door spoke english and knew the caretaker so he phoned her. She said she would come in about an hour. She said I could go inside and wait but the lights were off and nobody was in there so I decided to walk around the market to kill time. When I came back an hour later, the guy said she came and left again. He called her again and she came back very quickly, but then was upset that I wasn't there when she came the first time even though I was about an hour. The Kitchen only had forks and plates and three frying pans. It should have spoons, knives, bowls, Salt and pepper, cutting boards, and a few more basic necessities. I found it was under equipt. They had one small bowl not large enough for the noodles I made so I had to eat from a crappy little pot I used to make the noodles. I suggested that they should get bowls, spoons, and knives, but the caretaker said "they" don't need that stuff because they only provide eggs, toast and coffee for breakfast. I told her that I agreed that "they" don't need that stuff, but perhaps guests would find that stuff useful; any guest with a culinary flare like me, would love to pick up some fresh items from the market and prepare it in the kitchen. This place is very difficult to do anything in the kitchen except make unseasoned eggs and white dry toast. I really liked the place but I wish they would invest just a little more into the kitchen to improve it's function. I didn't like that they had no towels for showering. I didn't think to bring one and I wish I did because I had to use a little bathroom mat to dry off. it was clean so it worked but towels would be a nice touch. The bedding was uncomfortable. The mattresses were covered in plastic with no fitted sheet.
